Our task was to transform "The Bandit", a game originally intended for in-person interaction, into an engaging and accessible web application. With the COVID-19 pandemic instigating a rapid shift towards remote work, the company was faced with the urgent need to transition its popular in-person team-building game to a format that could be easily accessed and enjoyed virtually. Moreover, they needed to devise a method to efficiently manage and monitor the games without being physically present.

We converted "The Bandit" into a user-friendly web application by utilizing their existing game content and adapting it for online use. Furthermore, we developed an administration side that provided real-time game editing, tracking, and monitoring capabilities. This offered the company efficient remote management of the game and its users, reducing the need for on-site staff.

Players could create a profile by scanning a QR Code, participate in the game by associating fun facts with team members, and track their progress in a digital game card.
